After investing $70,000 total for both developments, these rental units now earn an extra combined $2,000 per month in addition to providing separate utility billing per unit. Developments included an HRV system, electric heating, one bedroom/one bathroom units with a full kitchen with ample storage, extra soundproofing, high-end finishings, and energy-efficient appliances.
